Reservations

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. A 10% deposit will be charged once your booking is confirmed. Rooms will not be held until the deposit has been paid and a credit card is on file.

Cancellations/No Shows

48-hours notice is required to cancel reservations with a full refund of the deposit. Less then 48-hours and we will not refund the deposit. No show reservations will be charged one night plus tax at the full rate to the card on file. There will be no refund for early departures.

Check In/Check Out Procedure

Check in is 4 pm or earlier depending on room availability.

Check out is 11 am, late check-outs will be charged an additional night.

 

If you pre-booked a room, your room number will be on the invoice. Your room will be unlocked at your arrival and the key will be hanging on the TV. Please lock the key in the room at check out.

Quiet Hours

10 pm - 7 am, please respect our neighbours and other guests.

Pets

Friendly, well-behaved dogs welcome! Please do not leave your dog unattended in your room. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your dog is left unattended and is disrupting other guests by barking. Excessive mess or damage will be charged to the credit card on file, please clean up after your pet. Please let us know if your dog will be joining you!
